Pickering, ON – October 19, 2022 – Pattison Sign Group (PSG), one of the largest full-service physical branding companies in North America, today announced the upcoming acquisition of Provincial Sign Systems (Provincial), one of the leading signage and media companies in Canada. The transaction will be completed on October 31, 2022. This strategic acquisition combines the overall strengths of Pattison Sign Group with one of the most diversified and well-rounded signage and media manufacturers in the marketplace. Based in Pickering, Ontario, Provincial is a leader in illuminated structural signage, outdoor media, digital signage, transit shelters and street furniture. From its 87,000 square foot manufacturing facility, it offers expert design and engineering for all their signage and media products.
Paul Cotton, the principal owner and CEO of Provincial Sign Systems, will retire at the end of 2022, and the current President, Kevin Van Sickle, will assume leadership responsibilities going forward.
